One of my greatest friends struggles right now with almost all of these aspects of life. That is why I dedicate this blog to him and the hope that he will gain control of his life.

I dedicate this blog to a dear friend of mine who pulled me out of the greatest emotional struggles I have ever gone through in my life and hope I never have to go through another of its like again. He was a stranger and became a mentor, a minister, a coach, and a friend.

Like me he is not perfect and one of his greatest struggles has come from losing his job and has begun to experience the worst home experience ever. He loves his family so much, though they don’t understand how much he truly loves them. He wants the best for them but the tension in the home between him and his wife and child you could almost cut through with a knife. I feel the pain in his heart every time he has to deal with some disagreement he has with any family member.

“My dear young cousin, if there's one thing I've learned over the eons, it's that you can't give up on your family, no matter how tempting they make it.” Rick Riordan

Though I don’t know if these life lessons I have learned could help in his situation, I know them very well because I experienced them in my life and have taught others how to help their family through my upcoming book “Game the System”.
