Sleep is essential for both you and your students. In order to be alert and comprehend/retain the information that is presented to you, you should receive more than 6 hours. This will make you a more effective human but more importantly for these matters, as a teacher or parent. Our curriculum and coaching is to help you overcome the struggles of time management in teaching so you as well as your child can be healthier and more effective people.

Quick tip: the average person's circadian rhythm (the biological process inside your body that tracks about 24 hours, also known as the circadian clock) runs on an 1.5 cycle while you sleep. This means that your sleep should end at the end of your circadian rhythm cycle. So for the most effective sleep, you should sleep in increments of 6, 7.5, 9, and 10.5 hours. The most effective sleep length for an adult is 7.5 hours while a childs is 9 or 10.5. A child needs this extra sleep in order for them to grow. More on effective sleep can be found in our blog.
