This page previews dozens of 7-minute workout apps starting with the 5-star, best of the best, all the way to the very worst apps. Every day we try out a new app. Some of these have multiple exercise routines so we may be sectioned off into multiple days so we can try a few of their routines and rate the entire app. We are on a mission to find the most effective app(s) with all the bells and whistles. Fitnet Live Coach (Fitnet Corporation)
REVIEW:
If you want to customize your workout how you want it, especially with a workout of multiple routines to work on different parts of your body, then this is the app for you. This app gives you a large list of different trainers and routines to mix together as you put together your chosen workout routine each day.
Daily Workout Fitness Trainer (Daily Fitness App)
​REVIEW:
The Daily Workout Fitness Trainer was a great app and it looks like it should have been a 5-Star except for the fact that the voice over didn't give you updates on how much longer you had or a count down, which was disappointing, but it gave you a list of 6 different routines
PumpUp App (PumpUp Inc)

DISCLAIMER: We were not able to use this app, though we were excited to try it because it continued to overload and shut down. It also took a long time to get through the app's dashboard and so we had to give up on it and move one. You may want to try this on your phone but if it continues to do that, delete it and check out our 5-Star Reviews...
30 Day Fitness Challenge (David How)

REVIEW:
The 30 Day Fitness Challenge started off great. We were given 4 choices of exercise routines, each day we did different exercises, each exercise was explained how to do them properly, but when each routine transitioned to the next exercise, the app shut off. The Daily Yoga App is full of different routines for all levels of Yoga enthusiasts. The program gives you instructions and shows you how to accomplish each task. There are no timers and countdowns, but instead, you follow the instructions of the instructor. So if you want an instructor to walk you through each movement, the Daily Yoga App is a great one to try. Ab and Core Fitness Workout Apps
Ab and Core Workout (Sworkit Fitness)
REVIEW:
We found it. The app that fulfills all of our needs, but the workout it specialized for only ab and core workouts and not for a 7-Minute App or Strength Training, Arms/Legs, etc. So we are still on the hunt but this app definitely deserves a 5-star for this reason:

This app was definitely created in South Korea because the ads are almost all Korean and the app is confusing but it still has its positives and negatives:

1) #1 best thing about this app is that there is no still images teaching you but instead videos of actual trainers.

The 30 Day Pushup Challenge and all those in Shane Clifford's series are not the usual workout app. They state what to do and just say, do them. So there are no timers, countdowns, or voices. They tell you a list, to do 5 of one type of pushup and expect you to do them. So if you are self-motivated and don 't need a routine, you have a great app here. ​
