It may be out of shape, it may have health issues, or it just may be where you want it and you want to maintain that level of health but no matter what, you don't want to stop moving and go backwards. No one wants to gain weight, gain stiffness in their joints, have larger health issues. So in health and wellness, if you aren't going forward, you are only going backwards. To accomplish your goals in this subject you need to figure them out and write them down. Tell yourself what your goals are.
