30 Day Pushup Challenge (Shane Clifford)

REVIEW:

The 30 Day Pushup Challenge and all those in Shane Clifford's series are not the usual workout app. They state what to do and just say, do them. So there are no timers, countdowns, or voices. They tell you a list, to do 5 of one type of pushup and expect you to do them. So if you are self-motivated and don 't need a routine, you have a great app here.

POSITIVES

1) Voiceover - No voice over needed. Not that type of app.

2) Markers -  No voice over needed. Not that type of app.

3) Ads - No ads needed. Not that type of app. You pay for more advance routine lists.

4) Images -  No images needed. Not that type of app. Only images are given when explaining the exercise.

5) Videos - No voice over needed. Not that type of app.

6) Workout - The workout is a list of a number of each exercises and you ned to be self-motivated to get them done.

7) Personal Music - Even though there was not voice-over or countdown, no music could play through.

8) Variety of Routines - There were 5 different pushup exercises to use, expert cost money. Each provides you with a list of exercises per day to accomplish.

9) Operations - The app worked great if you are looking for a list of exercises to do.

NEGATIVES

* Depends on the workout you are looking for. All the above could be seen as a negative if you are looking for something like a 7-minute workout.

TAKE AWAY

You really have to understand what you really want. If you are self motivated then you have a great app here with a daily list of exercises but if you are looking for a motivational app, look somewhere else.
