30 Day Fitness Challenge for (David How)
REVIEW:
The 30 Day Fitness Challenge started off great. We were given 4 choices of exercise routines, each day we did different exercises, each exercise was explained how to do them properly, but when each routine transitioned to the next exercise, the app shut off. We tried 3 times on a standard iPad with plenty of storage. So disclaimer, maybe it will work better on your iPad if you want to try but we can only give it a 3-Star. If it works for you, please add that to the comments on our YouTube channel and we will check it out.
POSITIVES:
1) Videos - This app actually explained how to do each exercise properly. The videos were very informative.
2) Voiceover - It was a live video so no voice over required.
3) Ads - We didn't see any ads but the app shut down before the end so it may have ended with an ad, which is a great place for it.
4) Images - Images were great and a great motivator to get moving on doing the routine.
5) Workout - The workout is a list of 4 exercise routines. Only one you had to pay $2.99 for Butt Workout.
7) Personal Music - Because of the video, personal music would not work.
8) Variety of Routines - There were 4 different pushup exercises to use, expert cost money. Each provides you with a list of exercises per day to accomplish.
NEGATIVES:
1) Operations - The app shut down after each exercise video. We had a standard iPad with plenty of storage space.
2) Markers - The instructor, because it was a video, never told you that you were half way or gave you a count down which would have been useful.
TAKE AWAY:
This seems like it would be a great app but with it shutting down three times, we could not check it. We hope someone can provide a work around on the app shutting down and we would like to try it again. It's rare for an app to teach you the proper way to do an exercise.
