7-Minute Workout - Army, Boot Camp, Marines Edition
REVIEW:
The 7-Minute Workout - Military Edition app has some positives and some negatives:

POSITIVES:
1) There are three exercises routines: Classic, Cardio, Strength Training. Not many apps have the ability to choose different workouts within the same app. Those apps, with different workouts, usually cost money.
2) The workouts are great and really work out each part of your body.
Classic is an easy way to get into a daily routine. Cardio really gets your heart pumping. Strength Training gives you enough resistance to feel the difference.
3) The exercises are not just the normal 7-Minute Exercise, they get a step further. Instead of planks, you have full arm planks, etc.
NEGATIVES:
1) There is no audible marker to make you aware of the halfway mark in a single exercise. This make switching legs or side near impossible, unless you are constantly watching your device.
2) There is no countdown at the end of the workout. (3, 2, 1) This usually gives you just a little more resolve to think I have three seconds left. I can do it.
3) The app won't allow you to play music in the background so you have to listen to its ominous music or shut off the sound.
4) The ads come in very loud and make it very annoying. Ads are fine just make them less annoying because annoyed viewers won't click the ads.
5) If you have the newest version of IOS (for iPhones) there is no updated version of this app and so it won't work on your phone. They need an update.
TAKE AWAY:
Because of the great workout and the 3 exercise routines you could find on one app, I would have given it 5 stars, but I had to give it 4 because of the few negatives. Try it out, I don't think you will be disappointed.
