REVIEW:

The 7 Minutes Workout app has a few positives and many negatives:

 

POSITIVES

1) This app gives you the bare bone 7-Minute Workout. Do at least it gives you a workable workout.

2) The ads are at the bottom

3) There was a 3-2-1 countdown but no halfway audio mark during the exercise.

2) It's free. I guess that is a positive. It also gives you the option of doing four "Free" routines if you no the exercises by name since there are no instructions.


NEGATIVES

1) The computerized voice is the worst voice I have ever heard on an app.

2) There is no sounds beyond telling you 3-2-1 and next step.

3) The computerized voice tells you the next exercise at the beginning of the current exercise, which means instead of focusing on your muscles you are trying to remember the next exercise. Very poor placement.

4) The music turns off and there is nothing but computerized voices and ad sound effects in the app.

5) There are no images of what exercises you are doing or even explanations on the exercise they want you to accomplish.

TAKE AWAY

Overall, I wouldn't waste my time with this app because it does almost everything wrong and there is no question it will not entice anyone to pay for additional services.
