REVIEW:

This 7 Minutes Workout app is presented very well. The app is full of exercise routines, information, and many other positives but there are a few negatives, mostly centered around the computerized voice:

 

POSITIVES

1) #1 best thing about this app is that, unlike other apps, it is full of information and exercise routines (the routines all cost money). 

2) The voice over is computerized but it's okay.  

4) Each additional exercise on this app costs money, but you can bundle it and if you personally like the classic 7-minute it may be worth $7.99 for unlimited access.

4) The images are great and show you which exercises you are doing. What parts of the body it works and images to show what you can obtain by using this app (plus everything else, including other exercises, healthy eating, and the right body type). FYI: The images are not of the average man or woman.

5) There is a library of great information for you to read and instructions to make sure you are doing each exercise right.​

 

NEGATIVES

1) There are audible markers to make you aware of the halfway mark and then a 3-second countdown at the end. They just tell you to rest.

2) The voice does not tell you which exercise is next. 

3) There is only one routine per app so you need to make a folder of these apps depending on your desired fit. This is not really a negative and they are all free.

TAKE AWAY

Overall, this app is very well together. If the computerized voice was given a little more thought, time, and money, I may have given it a 5 star.
