7-Minute Ab, Leg, Butt Workout - Nadeem Mughal
REVIEW:
The 7-Minute Ab, Leg, Butt Workout app has some positives and some negatives:
POSITIVES:
1) It has four exercise routines: Classic, Abs, Legs, Butt, but you have to pay for those other routines. Which look great from the images they have on their front page BUT the free classic 7-minute workout does not motivate you to buy further.
2) There are audible markers to make you aware of the halfway mark and a countdown at the end of each exercise.
3) The workouts are great and really work out each part of your body. But it was the same workout you will find on all other 7-Minute Apps.
Classic is an easy way to get into a daily routine. Cardio really gets your heart pumping. Strength Training gives you enough resistance to feel the difference.
NEGATIVES:
1) The exercises are just the normal 7-Minute Exercise you find on every app of this type.
2) The computerized voice is very annoying. I wanted to turn it off after the second exercise.
3) The app won't allow you to play music in the background so you have to listen to its ominous music or shut off the sound.
4) The ads come in very loud and come when you push on the button to begin. Ads are fine just make them less annoying and better placed because annoyed viewers won't click the ads.
TAKE AWAY:
If it gave you something more than the normal 7-Minute workout you get for free on every other app and it fixed all the negatives (like computerized voice), I would say get it or even buy the add-ons but there is nothing that would make me think those add-ons are any better.
