7-Minute Daily Workout Challenge (Jay Patel)
REVIEW:
The 7-Minute Daily Workout Challenge app has some positives and some negatives:
POSITIVES:
1) It gives a variety of exercises depending on which week you are on. So a new workout regime each week.
2) It gives you calculators and helps you schedule an actual diet.
3) There are audible markers to make you aware of the halfway mark and a countdown at the end of each exercise.
NEGATIVES:
1) #1 Worse thing about this app is the number of ads and the fact that they pop up every 5 seconds.
2) The ads pop up in the middle of the workout so you have to stop the workout just to close the ad and see what is happening next.
3) There is no prompting into which exercise you will be working on next.
4) When the ads pop up during the exercise and you close down the screen the workout picture disappears.
5) The computerized voice is very annoying. I wanted to turn it off after the second exercise. Invest in a better computerized voice or a simple voice-over.
6) The app won't allow you to play music in the background so you don't get to listen to anything but the annoying computerized voice.
7) The app did not seem to work properly at all, maybe because it doesn't work properly on this new phone IOS, and if so, it should be removed.

TAKE AWAY:
As I said in the video, this app is completely worthless because you don't even get to the workout because of the ads and errors. Please pull this app and work on it more. Thank you. Maybe it just needs a good update.
