Workout for Kids: GoNoodle (First Fitness)
REVIEW:
The GoNoodle app has some positives and some negatives:
POSITIVES:
1) The app is designed and the images are perfect for young people.
2) All of the videos are individually created or recorded to with either animation of actual people to exercise with.
3) There are dozens of exercises to choose from with different trainers and animation.
4) These exercises are different lengths and can be repeated to lengthen the time.
5) They give you a count down at the end of the routine and a clock during the contract.
6) There are no ads to bother you while trying to get your workout in.
NEGATIVES:
1) Still, no halfway voice telling you that you are half way through or to switch sides as for some exercises call for.
2) Not exactly a negative but there are so many videos it can get confusing. But it is really fun.
TAKE AWAY:
Overall it's a great app for kids and families. With no ads, great videos to choose from, and a proven exercise routine, this must-have if you have kids that want to exercise and even good for the parents.
