The 7-Minute Workout for Kids app has some positives and some negatives:
POSITIVES:
1) The app is designed and the images are perfect for young people.
2) The voice of the app sounds like a kids. A great example of a good computerized voice.
3) Both pro and con - there is only one exercise routine. Youth don't need a huge selection. Hopefully, they don't get bored with the app.
4) The workout is a normal 7-minute workout that parents and kids can do together so its almost a Family Fitness App.
5) They give you a count down at the end of the exercise to warn you the exercise is coming to an end. Still not halfway marker to switch sides.
6) There are no ads to bother you while trying to get your workoout in.
NEGATIVES:
1) Still, no halfway voice telling you that you are half way through or to switch sides as for some exercises call for.
2) There is only one exercise routine available, which is good for kids, just no variety.
TAKE AWAY:
Overall it's a great app for kids and families. With no ads, a great voice, and a proven exercise routine, this is a must have if you have kids that want to exercise and even good for the parents.
